Return Policy

If you are making an exchange or a return, we make it easy. Contact us at 1-800-746-7773 to begin.

- We will accept returned items up to 45 days from date of purchase.

- All items must be returned in new, unopened, resalable condition.

- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise (waived for exchanges).

- When merchandise is returned, credit will be issued in the form of original payment or applied to your account.

- When merchandise is exchanged, simply order the replacement products and we will process the return, without any restocking fee, when it is received.

Return Methods – choose from one of the following options:

Ship it yourself – Securely package and send the merchandise to us by your preferred courier or Canada Post or ask us to arrange return shipping for you.  Return shipping charges will be at purchaser's expense.

In store – Visit our retail store in Eganville, ON for immediate processing of your Return.

Returning Wrong Item Shipped – choose from one of the following options:

Ask us to arrange shipping – Securely package and send the merchandise and give it to the courier when they arrive at your location.
